Refunds

Since the company sells items which are intangible and non-returnable by nature such as event tickets, downloadable items etc refunds are not possible if the purchase is successful and complete. Few more rules are as follows.

  • In case for any reason the transaction is not complete and the item could not be accessed by you, you will get the refunds witin 5-7 working days from the online payment gateway service directly.
  • Please note that refund shall be processed within same mode of paymment. for e.g. If a payment has been done by credit card, then you will get the refund back into your credit card account only.
  •  If you do not get it back, then you can write us at opspixelfilms@gmail.com . Please do give all the details of transactions made by you.

Refunds for Not Delivering Service:

If for some unavoidable circumstances the proposed service like hosting of a event etc. are cancelled or changed, manual refund process may be done using a suitable method like using a refund desk counter, online refund etc. as decided by the Pixel Films management in general interest of every stake holder.

Cancellations

Any cancellations can only be done before the the last step of payment process where the final confirmation of OTP is being asked. If final step of payment has not occurred due to any reasons like OTP not filled in time, Browser window closed, internet service failure etc  the order is automatically assumed to be cancelled. You can safely place another order by preparing a fresh order.
